In this workshop you will learn how to make fermented solid cheese rinds from nuts and seeds. You will learn fermented & aging techniques so you can play around and adapt your recipes with the ingredients you have and the flavours you want your cheese to have.

All recipes are vegan, gluten free, soy-free and oil-free.

A third of this workshop will be theory based- the rest hands on, you can either just watch as a demo or cook along. Recipes can be easily modified, the only special equipment you need is a powerful blender of food processor. The last 10-15 minutes of the workshop are Q&A.

You will learn methods and techniques to make a raw vegan 'living' cheese from natural unprocessed ingredients, no amids, no thickeners, no starches, no gluten, no soy, no oil or other unhealthy/ processed ingredients.

You'll also have post-workshop support and be added to my whatsapp group of workshop student if you have questions after the class.
